Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

Proven ability to lead and inspire teams, with a track record of driving sales performance. -
Analytical Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making. -
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Japanese, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders. -
Cultural Awareness:
Understanding of the Japanese market and consumer preferences in the flavours segment.
